What is the Healthy Waters Program?

Within the Stormwater Management Department the Healthy Waters Program focuses on education and outreach programs to involve the community. The Healthy Waters Program is run by the AmeriCorps members serving at the City of Oak Ridge Public Works Department.

How to get Involved?

There are many opportunities to get involved with the Healthy Waters Program, which include but aren’t limited to: river clean-ups, Adopt-A-Stream program and watershed lesson plans. If you would like to inquire about getting involved with the Healthy Waters Program or having the Healthy Waters Program visit your organization, please contact us at healthywaters@oakridgetn.gov.
